The whole crew at Fairhope is always accommodating, pleasant, helpful and patient. I look forward to seeing them when I arrive, cast-off and tie-up. They’re always there to make the trip a pleasant experience.

Top notch customer service today. Small craft advisory in FL led to my original reservation cancelled out of Gulf Breeze, FL. I called and asked if they had any boats to take out our visiting guests. Sure enough, they made a boat available that was in maintenance and even finished planned maintenance early. Their hard work got us out on the water today. Couldn’t be happier to have joined FBC here on the Gulf Coast!

Freedom Boat Club, Fairhope is awesome! Took my daughter and grandsons out for a quick reciprocal cruise over my Christmas weekend visit and we could not have been treated better. We had a reciprocal reservation this past weekend as we were visiting from Tampa. This was our first time boating in Mobile Bay. It was a great place to boat. I never realized how big that bay was. We did about a 60 mile round trip that day. We stopped at Jacky Jacks for a drink and an appetizer. Drinks were amazing but the peel ad eat shrimp were very hard and chewy. The Freedom staff, Cooper and Liam were very polite, friendly and helpful. The boat was in excellent condition.

Love our Boat Club. From Shelby at Fairhope to Nathan down in Orange Beach. Both have always gone above and beyond to assist us in all aspects of boating. From new places to go cruise to the newest hot spots to fish. We also used our membership past two years traveling through Florida always allowing us to take a day out on the water that always calms the soul. Can't say enough. Get the concierge level you won't regret it. We sure havnt. We enjoy sharing our love of boating with our kids and grandkids.
