By accessing or using The Private Clubs platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Private Clubs operates a directory of private clubs across the United States. The platform allows users to browse club listings, submit membership enquiries, and manage club profiles. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Club Listings
Club information displayed on the platform is provided for informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that listing data — including fees, waitlist status, or amenities — is current or complete. Clubs that claim their listing may edit their own data.
5. Membership Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through the platform does not constitute a membership application. Clubs are under no obligation to respond to or accept enquiries. The Private Clubs is not a party to any membership agreement between users and clubs.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to: transmit spam or unsolicited communications; impersonate another person or entity; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without written consent; interfere with the operation of the Service; or violate any applicable law or regulation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on the platform are the property of The Private Clubs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Private Clubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
