El Dorado Golf & Country Club: El Dorado

Recently remodeled and nicely done. It's pretty much private, so if you're not a member or a guest of a member, you'd never know this place existed. Great drinks, excellent food, and friendly staff.

Watched Pickle Ball Tournament. Great area to sit & watch in lawn chairs. Courts in great shape.

The golf course was very nice, however the customer service was not the best. I went in to get a few snacks for me and my partner, and the women at the desk did not seem to want my business. She questioned me as if I didn’t belong there, and I did not feel welcomed. If you are a person of color, I would say beware.

WOW! Beautiful setting, great service and fantastic food! I had the ribeye, shaved brussel sprouts and grilled asparagus. Everything was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. To be honest I was not expecting this. Not your typical country club food. Heck, not your typical high-end trendy restaurant food. I've eaten at so many private country clubs from Hilton Head Island to Dallas and have never had better!

Friend took me here for lunch and I was very surprised. The chicken sandwich was spot on and cookies were fantastic. I do feel that this place needs to be renovated for it felt very old.
