Ranger approaches me immediately to tell me to tuck in the back of my polo while hitting balls at the DRIVING RANGE!.... Interesting I saw numerous big bellies hanging over guys' belts, but my polo out for 2 minutes on the range is unacceptable?.... I'll take my six pack abs and an untucked polo anyday!

My daughter tried to take me to the restaurant on my birthday. We found them to be very distant and dismissive. Very unwelcoming we ended up leaving without the dining experience.

What an amazing place to play a game of call or just enter in for one's bite, the restaurant and the entire setup is very welcoming with a valid type of field and great greens for the golf. It's a treat for the eye there. Ception gives a warm welcome. It's a well refill bar. Well, set up and grades seating both indoor and outdoors for the restaurant. The choice is available right from breakfast to dinner. I'm mine boggling, I'm very unique. We haunted fish-and-chips Salman. And shrimps with burrito. Orange juice and champagne added great taste. Emily was a great table service person...great pleasure. Prices are moderate...what an outing..mesmerizing..father s day celebration

I booked a tee time at Encanterra Golf Club through their website, only to arrive and discover a significant issue. Apparently, their website has been malfunctioning for months, routing tee times to their sister course over an hour away in Peoria. Despite the bag drop staff and pro shop staff acknowledging this known glitch, management refused to accommodate me, citing the club's private status. I just moved to Queen Creek and had no idea the club was fully-private. The website says AZ residents can book public tee times. What frustrated me the most was their lack of accountability and customer service. The pro shop suggested they could attempt to cancel my reservation at the other course without a fee — as if I should be grateful not to be penalized for their own technical failings! It's absurd and unacceptable to penalize customers for problems on their end. As a working professional with limited free time, I had planned my entire day around this round of golf, only to have it ruined by their incompetence. Any golfer understands how valuable and rare a day off for 18 holes can be. Now, due to their negligence, I have to wait another week to play, weather permitting. Encanterra Golf Club needs to prioritize fixing their website issues and treating their customers with respect and fairness. They could have made an exception or comped me a tee time at their sister course for another date. Instead, they shrugged their shoulders and sent me on my way. I would caution anyone considering visiting the property for golf or the restaurant to beware of potential booking errors and the club's unwillingness to rectify them appropriately.

I attended a small wedding at the clubhouse yesterday (2/10/24) and the different areas (ceremony in front of a fireplace in a cozy nook, archway with greenery by the water for pictures, and a room with a toasty fireplace and tables for dining) were beautiful and perfectly appropriate for the size of the wedding party and guests. Tall propane heaters were placed strategically to help us stay warm on the cold day. All the staff were amazingly attentive and friendly, yet consummate professionals. Inclement weather could have turned this special day into a disaster, but the staff seamlessly took care of everything so that we all had an extraordinary experience. Despite the fact that 2 or 3 other weddings were going to take place directly after this one! Well deserved kudos to management and staff! I highly recommend this venue for a wedding, or family or corporate event.
