Beautiful place to celebrate special occasions! The staff is friendly and attentive. Food is always delicious and displayed nicely. The main ballroom overlooks the pristine golf course. Plenty of parking and conveniently located to the 405 and 10 freeways.

So I was about to check the facility today, since they have a swimming pool in which I'm interested. At the gate, security told me to contact them through their website to schedule a visit. So I called the front desk this was the way on the website to contact them , and the guy at front desk, first dropped the phone in my face without letting me even ask the details. Then, when I called again, I asked him “how I can schedule the visit, and he said “you can't it's private” I told him I'm at the gate, and he told me so badly, 'Who let you in? I don't care, but you must leave now.' Then I told him, “I'm not inside I'm at the gate, and I'm just trying to get info” He said, 'No, turn your car and leave. it's private.! I told him, 'I just arrived from Dubai and am looking for good facilities.' He said, 'I don't care where you came from, Dubai or whatever.' I asked him to be more respectful and let me know the process for getting a visitor pass, for which he said “I need to know three members to get through them as per recommendation.l After he dropped the phone, I never saw this kind of attitude. It's just so disrespectful! I've been living in Qatar and UAE for the past 10 years and have now moved to LA. The way he talked to me just got me full of disappointment about LA. I've never seen this in my life; someone at the front desk can talk like that. If the HR or marketing team wants to contact me, you can find me on Instagram as @louie.nemesh. Excellent establishment. We recently hosted an event there, and it was remarkable. The staff, who included Nicolas, Cythnia, Rachel, Adam, Aaron, and more, always go above and beyond to ensure everything is done with precision and accuracy. Elan, the banquet manager, is AMAZING. So talented, helpful, gifted, and dedicated to the success of your event. He went above and beyond. It's definitely a spot for events if you are a member. It's absolutely incredible how hard they work.
