The new management is one of the best we've had. I've been living there for 15 years and we've seen a lot of things happen, but the latest is that they cleaned up the parking lot. There were a lot of cars outside and the people who live there, the residents, didn't have a place to park our cars. Now things are different. We can have visitors and they can have safe parking. Many thanks to the new management.🙏🤗

I bought a home just recently and the whole experience was amazing, Holly Delbuono is an excellent asset to the team, she is on point on every detail and made my whole buying process an amazing experience. Holly Delbuono has made our experience the MOST amazing seamless process! We are happy to join Colonial Club Estates !! She has connected us with an amazing mortgage company. Her communication skills are off the charts! Her expertise and dedication to detail, in addition her personality is what drew us to putting in an offer. She was very informative at the time we were looking to relocate to Hemet. we arrived on a Sunday to look at a unit that became unavailable, unfortunately. She was moving into her new office and we did not have an appointment with her, but she quickly jumped into action and welcomed us in , offered us some cold water and off we went to a brand new unit which now we will call home ! After we saw the place we will soon call home 🏠 we sat and discussed our options to becoming a homeowner. She did over and above on every level . I don’t believe we would be moving in if it weren’t for Holly! What a gem 💎 she is !!!

Holly D at the sales office is a pleasure to work with. She stays on top of everything and gets things done! I had the opportunity to work with her on two sales where I represented the buyers on two new manufactured homes. The park is updating and very nice. LARGE CLUBHOUSE w/ PLENTY OF EVENT SPACE! I’ve come several times to this clubhouse for get-togethers, parties and send-offs. Colonial’s clubhouse has a huge dining room, dance floor, and kitchen space. I recently went for a friend’s Going-Away party and there was lots of room in the kitchen for food. The party was potluck-style so we grubbed! The dining room has plenty of large circular tables that could fit at least eight people per table. Chairs were standard plastic, but not totally uncomfortable. Unfortunately, guests can’t access the lobby area anymore. However, there’s an outdoor patio if you need a breather. There’s restrooms in the back of the building, so you have to go outside to access them. You have to go out the clubhouse’s back doors and make a right towards the pool, you’ll see a door to your right and go down a hallway which will lead you to roomy restrooms. A wheelchair accessible stall is available last time I checked. The clubhouse is very well-kept and allows you to stay till early evening. So don’t expect to be there till midnight. We started cleaning up around 6:00pm so we left after 7-ish?
