I have lived here 5 years. Love it! Very reasonable HOA fee. The pool and 3 jacuzzis are filled by the mineral hot spring water and the pool temp is 90 degrees all year round. A nice 9 hole golf course available free to all residents, in addition there is an exercise room, library, pool and ping pong tables and shuffleboard. Very nice people and a peaceful place to live.

Every place has the good the bad and the ugly. I choose to see beauty first in everything. I wake up to beautiful surrounding mountains, a wonderful heated mineral pool, quiet and private. The staff is wonderful along with groundskeeper. Life is short, all we need to do is follow simple rules be positive and be grateful for a place such as this.

This is resort living that is affordable - for people 55+ Very quiet neighbor that is on the edge of an open desert. The views are dramatic and ever changing. This residential area has a small golf course, pool, and hot tubs + world-class air-conditioned shuffle board courts. Populated by friendly and considerate people.

This place is BEAUTIFUL. Surrounding mountains everywhere. The grounds are kept clean. Landscaping is great. Take an early morning or an evening walk. Feel the breeze, see the glory....It's quiet and safe. The mineral pool is wonderful and relaxing. Near Hwy 111, lots to see...and do...

This place has seen its glory days pass it by, the golf course is laughable, the pool and spa/gym is terrible, pipes breaking all the time equipment is old and broken down. Don't even think of taking family or grandchildren to this area, ugly looks and harassment is what you're in for. The park has lots rented out to under 55 residents some who are drug dealers or meth addicts and a prostitute the hoa has been trying to get rid of, a lot of issues with homes being broken into. No neighborhood watch to be seen, no courtesy patrol, no gates the entire back side of the park is open. Don't buy here don't rent here look in palm desert or Rancho mirage the area is better and you will spend about the same for your home. Oh and the H.O.A the office woman is a rude hag who has no business being any where near people, and president and her lackeys are all people with nothing better to do than to harass people who are not in the let's go to the pool and gossip crowd, just a bunch of people trying to stay relevant, I'm positive this place doesn't meet the requirements to remain a 55 and older park.
