The bathrooms are constantly disgusting, and the old man that is hunched over doing an extremely subpar job cleaning them is constantly having outbursts and cussing like crazy. He’s, literally, doing it right this moment as I am changing. The showers are mold infested, the floors need to be scrubbed in every section of the men’s restroom/sauna/shower area. This is supposed to be a signature series gym, but it’s worse than most that aren’t.

Gym is decent in terms of size and variety. Unfortunately many machines, the stair masters for example, remains out of order for weeks at a time. The WiFi has been out for months at this point which is inconvenient considering the building interferes with cell reception. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Locker rooms aren’t too bad either. Management just needs to step up on machine maintenance considering the patrons are already paying extra for this gym yet a chunk of the equipment cannot be utilized.

This location has cleanliness issues. The gym is always dirty and communication about the gym is ignored or takes weeks to be implemented. The showers are moldy everyday. Hair everywhere. The toilets are disgusting as well as the gym floors. Machines are outdated and stay out of order for weeks at a time This location needs management who cares I've attempted the opportunity to fix the situation, but this gum is filthy.

I don’t know why anyone would pay extra for this gym experience. The facilities are almost exactly on par with a normal LA Fitness but the sauna doesn’t even work! I've been a member at LA Fitness for a while, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. **The Good:** - The facility is spacious with plenty of equipment - Most of the staff is friendly at the front desk - Decent variety of group fitness classes - Convenient location and hours **The Not-So-Good:** - The pool/spa/sauna frequently has maintenance issues While the idea of this location has potential, they should just revert it to a normal LA Fitness or go all the way and make it stellar.

Love this club! So many great features at this location. Everyone working out is really friendly along with all the staff. I’ve been to LA gyms all over and this locations training area is always bustling with trainers engaging us with high energy workouts. The machines are plentiful and of newest technology, parking is never an issue, bathroom is always clean and doesn’t have the “gym smell” like other brand gyms. The IR sauna is something I educate people on every chance I get and they wonder why their gym doesn’t have one. Love it’s proximity to all the great shops in the area, it’s like a little town that has everything.
