Skyline Ranch Country Club: Skyline Ranch

This is my edited post: We sold our home at Skyline in July of 2024. We decided to sell and move because the owners of Skyline raised our monthly rent from $855 a month to $1600 a month. We were and are on a fixed income. We did not see the value of living there any longer. It still is a beautiful location and the neighbors are friendly and outgoing. My wife and I bought our home in Skyline Ranch 7 years ago. Skyline is like no other 55+ gated community in all of Southern California. Homes are on large lots, (ours is on 1/3 of an acre), and laid out like a small village community built around an award winning golf course. If you're a golfer, you will love Skyline. We have a beautiful club house which is attached to two welcoming swimming pools and a lap pool. In essence, Skyline is country club living in beautiful Valley Center. There are a variety of activities in the park that are sure to please most anyone who like social interaction. We have an RV parking/storage area, nature trails, and we are 1/2 mile from Hell Hole Canyon nature preserve with over 600 acres of native natural beauty and horse riding trails. We also have two dynamite casinos in the area, Valley View Casino, about 1 mile from our main gate, and Harrah's about 5 miles away. If you are looking to retire, or just downsize your current situation, Skyline Ranch is a possibility. Space rent is $1600/month.

lol, I live here so I better like it! Beautiful atmosphere with a golf course, ponds and lots of trees. Not your typical Mobile home community.

Parents live there nice has a golf course. Nice. They need to cut down some of the oaks and plant new trees, the oaks are dying climate change and we need to change with climate.
