This is a 4 star hotel (not 5 star) that aptly deserves a 4/5 rating. The staff at valet and check are excellent. While the hotel was built to be 5 stars, and the structure/rooms/views are spectacular, the upkeep is not up to par. We enjoyed our stay however we will not be coming back and would not recommend a stay over 1 night once you've soaked in the magnificent view. Bonus: The cleaning, like others have mentioned, is questionable and weak. Offenses include: small brown spot on sheets, vacuuming outside our door at midnight (an absolute embarrassment for management) and lazy washing of robes (there was a tennis ball in my partners pocket). For turndown service the cleaning crew clearly kicked our clothes into a corner to get it out of the way.

Amazing 19th anniversary stay! The resort is top-notch in every category: views, amenities, and service. Our room was huge and comfortable, and the spa provided one of the best massages of our lives. Don't miss the dining: The venison and bread pudding were incredible, and the GOG Old Fashioned is a must-try. Looking forward to coming back for another milestone!

Everything about my stay was impressive. A major storm rolled in on my second night, and by morning fresh snow blanketed Garden of the Gods Park, creating a breathtaking view right from my room. Because I booked through Hotels.com, I received a room upgrade along with nightly expense credits, which was a wonderful bonus. The room itself was outstanding, with a spacious living area featuring a cozy fireplace and a luxurious bathroom complete with a huge soaking tub — perfect after a cold, snowy day. While I didn't catch the names of all the amazing staff, a few stood out. Ella was an exceptional host who checked in with me before, during, and after my stay, making sure I had everything I needed and that my Hotels.com benefits were fully applied. One evening, I enjoyed a fantastic dinner at one of the on-site restaurants, complete with stunning views of Garden of the Gods Park; Jodie was a warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly server who made the experience even better. At the spa, Erica provided a treatment that was both skilled and welcoming. From start to finish, this stay truly lived up to its name — it felt like a real resort experience in every sense.

If you want a 5-star hotel experience, please come and stay here! I would not recommend it enough. The front desk ladies were so nice, friendly and helpful. The room itself was gorgeous with high-end furniture and so cozy. One of the most beautiful views I have ever had in the hotels. Small hint: if you would wake up just 5 min before sunrise and step outside to see the mountains in the red sunlight, OMG. The breakfast is delicious and the waiter is so professional.

--- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I celebrated our anniversary dinner at Garden of the Gods Grandview, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive, making us feel truly special on our big day. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was delicious. But what truly made the evening unforgettable was the breathtaking view of Garden of the Gods. Watching the sun set over those stunning red rocks while we enjoyed our meal was something we’ll never forget. It was the perfect setting for a romantic, memorable night. We can’t wait to come back — highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, wonderful service, and one of the most beautiful!
