I'm not a member so I can be totally unbiased. An older facility which passes the amenities test. A little dated but good.

I'm not quite sure why Google wants reviews for this, considering that it's a private club with a years-long membership waiting list. But it's a nice club once you do get in, and one that doesn't conform to snobby stereotypes of what such clubs are. This is basically a social club for locals, rather than a fancy club for the gilded elite, so it only offers a simple clubhouse, a few tennis courts, and docks for parking small boats. If that interests you, great. I like the Wadawanuck Club a lot. But if you prefer something a bit more posh, there's another yacht club across town that'll probably suit you better.
