We enjoyed our stay but the bed wasn't good so we won't be back. Pros: All common areas were beautiful and spotless . They were well staffed and everyone we interacted with was nice and helpful. They offered great pools. We went for the spa and it was top notch, one of the best spa experiences of my life. The food was good but not amazing. Cons: The bed was extremely firm, if you don't prefer a hard bed you won't sleep. The pillows were flat, we requested foam pillows (which they offer) several times and never successfully got them. Food and drinks are overpriced. Yeah it's resort prices but $32 for three tacos with no sides and $9 for lemonade seems excessive. The room felt too small for the price point.

10 on a 5 scale ⚖️ This resort is absolutely amazing, clean, comfortable, and money well spent. The charm of this place is unmatched, and the Cloister rooms are pet friendly rooms, so the touches they included for our fur son were epic!! We walked into a beautiful Parisienne feeling room with a view of a garden wooden wallway (just such a sweet & tender view), and our sons doggy bowls and a dog bed (what a nice touch). The shower has duel heads, double vanity in the bathroom, well lit & clean mirrors, and a very roomy & comfortable sized room/suite for our small family. The room service was impeccable and so were the 2 restaurants we dined at (the Asian restaurant downstairs I'm the main lobby and the flamingo restaurant located just a small walk away through a romantic garden that leads into another beautiful tower with cathedral ceilings and grand staircase). Please please please of you are sitting around wondering of you should visit this resort, do not think any longer just book your stay right away! You will not regret it at all. Enjoy 🥂 We plan on visiting again soon!! So, hope to see you there!

If you work hard for your money and don't like hidden fees, don't stay here! Overall the resort is nice, with fairly good service but the additional fees left me with a very sour taste. I made my booking through Agoda which said all fees were included. I called the hotel who said that usually third party bookings included resort fees. Then upon checking out: Parking is 60$ per day -- with mandatory valet. But at least they're upfront about that. There's also a 60$ per day resort fee. I told them I called and they said there was usually no resort fee and they absolutely refused... If you work hard for your money and don't like hidden fees, don't stay here!

My experience was beyond wonderful!! I love the hotel, so beautiful and all the staff are lovely. I look forward to staying here again soon. I have to say the staff made my trip the best trip. Allan R, who helped us check in, he was so kind. He helped with our requests as we checked in so late. He made that we were comfortable with our stay like a little angel watching over us. He really helped make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you, Allan.

A nice place to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful moment. The renovation was completed and it is welcoming your kids with a lazy river and surfing area. The service in the pool and beach areas were very well accommodating with the ultimate goal of customer services. All areas are very well maintained, clean and organized. I do recommend to stay and enjoy —from the arrival to your check out.
