I had a lovely time performing music here for a valentine's day dinner. Everybody that I worked with was absolutely lovely. Very nice space. The members were all a lot of fun!

I have been in the Wedding Business for over 20 years. We had my daughter's wedding Jan 17, 2026 at Carrollwood Country Club. The experience was PERFECT in every way. The Catering Managers Tori and Heidi were always there for any and all concerns. We are very very happy with Carrollwood Country Club. Hosted my Mom's 70th Birthday party here and it was the best decision ever! We toured other competing country clubs around the area and this club was by far the most friendliest, clean, and beautifully spaced out. Heidi and Tori are both so sweet and accommodating. Special shout out to Heidi who was welcoming and always available when I needed her the day of and days leading to the event. Also special shoutout to the staff members! The housekeeper was so sweet and always offered a smile, F&B manager and Mike were so helpful and attentive, and always had a solution right away, always one step in thinking ahead. The venue was well-prepared, organized, and staff was extremely attentive. The staff's dedication did not go unnoticed and was a huge part in the overall success of my Mom's event. My guests were raving about Carrollwood and the excellent food, and how everything felt so cozy! Overall - great place to host an event, staff was AMAZING!

We had our wedding at Carrollwood Country Club and it was genuinely such a great experience. We planned our wedding in just one month, and I was expecting everything to feel rushed and stressful, but it ended up being the complete opposite. Heidi and Tori made the entire planning process so smooth. They were organized, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. Honestly, they’re the reason our last-minute wedding turned out as beautiful as it did. The venue itself is gorgeous, and our photos came out amazing because there are so many pretty spots around the property. They also offer all-inclusive options, which made things even easier. It’s perfect for any type of event, not just weddings, and it really takes a lot off your plate. Our guests loved the food, the atmosphere, and how well everything flowed. We’re so grateful for the whole team at Carrollwood Country Club. Choosing them was one of the best decisions we made.

We can not say enough good things about our wedding at Carrollwood Country Club! Heidi and Tori were amazing to work with! They were always so kind and helpful and very quick to respond to any question I had. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous and everything we dreamed of mostly because this venue is so stunning and thoughtfully maintained! We still have people raving about the dinner that was served and how all the drinks were on point. Every staff member we encountered on our day was so kind and helpful. They constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything and took good care of our guests. Our vendors all also remarked on how easy it was to work with CCC and how beautiful everything was. If you want to have a spectacular wedding/ event then highly consider CCC! You won’t regret it!!
