No small animals allowed. So sad! Would be nice if.they allowed small animals under 35 pounds etc.

Don't leave your doors and windows open on beautiful days. People who own boats will run them up to 45 minutes or more and all the exhaust from the boats engine(s) will inter the condo and you'll become ill veryquickly...

I looked at several condo's as I love your location but unfortunately, I have a small dog so I am unable to buy anything there due to your no pet policy. So sad.

Quiet friendly community that offers a marina for your boat and events so that you can get to know your neighbors. Mainly an older crowd so the community tends to be very peaceful
