Course in great shape. Some challenging holes....

I do karaoke here on Thursday nights. We have friends that live here, that is the primary reason I come. However although i enjoy the music and the company the food almost always disapoints. I would rate the food between 2 and 3 stars,

Don’t move here unless you want to throw money out the window all the time! Every year we have lived here the HOA’s have gone up. Then last year they chose to raise the buyers fee to buy in this neighborhood from $750 to $2000 making it harder for you to sell here. Now they want to build a new PAC building and they want us residents to have to pay a CDD on it as they don’t have enough funds for the project. They had us vote on it but only 30% of the residents voted for it but they are still going ahead with the project. Stay away from this place as you will regret moving in here! They are literally driving out everyone and anyone that lives on a fixed income and this place is no Beverly Hills!

I was a guest for dinner at the clubhouse. Food, service and venue were very good.
