Stayed here a couple of weeks over Christmas/New Year’s on our catamaran. Friendly staff were a big help docking and were helpful whenever we had questions. Met many friendly and welcoming permanent residents. Marina staff held a Christmas Eve potluck and a New Year’s Eve Oyster Roast which were well attended. Our overall experience was very positive and I’m sure we will be back in the future.

I absolutely love it here, the dockmaster is always available and is always here to help anyone. The General Manger is also awesome. If you haven't been here yet stop on by and grab a slip and hangout. We have a pool that is always clean.

After purchase, we moved Plane to Sea to Kennedy Point Marina in December 2024 and stayed until May 2025. We couldn’t have been happier with that decision. A very knowledgeable and helpful community of boaters and Chris was there for us whenever needed. And so was Tanya. A pleasant stay indeed!

I spent three months here in 2025. Our vessel needed a quiet place to relax and get some projects done. We were transparent with the manager Chris about these needs and he was supportive in providing us a place to get things done. The proximity to a good hardware store (ACE), a Home Depot, and a few decent affordable restaurants really helped in making this place feel like home for the few months that we were there. Out of all of the interactions we had with the other guests, not one of them was unpleasant or awkward. Chris’s wife goes out of her way to make sure the incoming packages are sorted and organized. I never felt unsafe, nervous or at risk on the property. I would bring my boat and my family back here in without hesitation.

KPYC was our home for the past five years where my family and I enjoyed many sunrises, rocket launches and manatees. Whenever friends and family would visit they'd be instantly relaxed sitting on the bow of our boat. Pelicans diving for fish, snakebirds drying their wings from their deep dives, and fish jumping out of the water add to the sense of relaxation. Occasionally I've had to help a fish back into the water that landed unexpectedly on the dock. When asked how it feels to live on your boat, my answer was always "like being on vacation every day when I get home from work". Some mornings I'd look out my porthole to see dolphin swimming alongside the boat! Management is always on the premises and would look out for the boats making sure they were tied properly in the event of a storm. During hurricane Matthew the dock master Bruce was fastening boats in the dark as the outer bands where striking the marina. I don't believe we lost any boats to that storm. Unfortunately it was not the same outcome for Irma. My boat sustained significant damage so we are no longer living aboard however we look forward to enjoying the paradise once again.
