Great 27 holes of golf. Challenging, interesting and in terrific shape. This course should be a bucket list course if you live anywhere near Chicago. Make friends with a member...it's worth it. The practice range at Black Sheep is also world class, as is the team that works there....and the hamburgers. While it's been a while I have very fond memories of the course and will certainly endeavor to play it again if possible.

I was a guest of my cousin, Chris Cooney, part owner of Black Sheep . Found the course required more accuracy than I possess but the course was in beautiful condition.

The singular focus at Black Sheep is great golf. The holes are draped over gently rolling land in a rural and peaceful setting. The course is always in immaculate shape and the greens are smooth and true. The staff do a fantastic job of making everyone feel welcome and at home. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious and the club is a great place to hang. If you have the chance to play here don't pass it up.

Really nice and challenging golf course. Greens are in perfect shape and lightning fast. Pace of play is great.
