Great Lakes Cruising Club

Great club! Their online Harbor Reports are worth way more than the (ridiculously) low cost of yearly membership. Have known the current Commodore for nearly 30 years and have met some of the board members, all great people. If you sail ANY (or all) of the Great Lakes, membership in this club is a no brainer.

We saw a GLCC school webinar on the anchorages of Georgian Bay. We're heading there for three weeks this summer.

The GLCC has the very best and most current information for every conceivable location all around the Great Lakes. There are dozens of harbors, ports and anchorages we would have never visited if it was not their Harbor Reports. Our GLCC membership was the best cruising money we ever spent. Plus GLCC people are just plain fun!

I love being a member of a virtual club. The meets up are great but the real value is the online harbor content and member forums. The answer to every boat and boating question is there from some of the greatest and most experienced people on the lakes.

We’ve been members as a family for more than 25 years. The Great Lakes Cruising Club has provided us an in depth source of information on the harbors and anchorage’s across all the Lakes. Membership has allowed us take our boat safely into many wonderful places safely using the local knowledge provided by the over 1000 Harbor Reports. We’ve met some great friends and shared lots of fun times together at the various rendezvous and rallies held across all the Great Lakes. Spotting another boat flying the GLCC burgee in an anchorage makes for an instant connection.
