The crew spent a lot of time with me before I left, answering many questions that I had. They provided me with a very clean boat, and explained many things about boating that I did not know. They were very friendly and made sure my day would be safe and fun.

Very friendly staff. They handle getting the boat ready for you, great quality boats and direct your guests if you have yet to arrive. Recommend.

Can't in good faith recommend Freedom Boat Club anymore. Lots of recent changes with membership and reservations that members aren't happy about. There is a serious shortage of boats rn and FBC can't keep up with the member to boat ratio as promised in our contract. Recently just shortened reservation times and didn't even notify members until after the fact. Haven't been able to secure an afternoon reservation all summer. We absolutely loved this club, but can no longer recommend to friends.

Great location with parking close by. Very modern and well maintained boats. The gate is a bit tricky with a bell. No one answered our repeated rings. We waved down a staff person. The closest bathroom is a port o potty or a park district bldg around the bend of the marina. The party deck is cute, but a little small with 3 tables for 5 and a counter. Maybe 35 people standing.

I joined the boat club last year and am very happy with my decision. The boats are pristine and the staff is amazingly friendly. They keep a very low member to boat ratio which means there is always a boat available. I would highly recommend and would be happy to answer any questions from a members point of view if you're considering joining.
