Great dock staff, free parking and boat was excellent. Only wished there was indoor plumbing and not a port-a-potty or one better maintained. : )

Yesterday, my wife, daughter, and I rented a Jet from the Fox Lake location and had a fantastic time! Riley was the staff member who helped us — they were very friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t catch any fish, we still enjoyed a delightful time on the water. Thank you! Frank Peard

Was happy with the staff, boat and rental. Had an issue with double booking of gasoline at the end of the trip. Disappointed with the Operations Director, Robert Lopez, response. He called me and then hung up on me when I explained I was double booked and he denied it. Very poor customer service.

Marina staff (Lynn & Carter) were very helpful and knowledgeable. Boat was in excellent condition, ready for us when we arrived and the overall experience was exactly what we had hoped for.

Be VERY careful! If you reach out to cancel, they won't respond. When you fill out the form for the cancellation, they will claim they lost it. We are cancelling because we were only able to get a boat twice this summer due to them not having enough working boats for the volume of members. We experienced long wait times to dock and boats with parts that had been broken for two seasons. Still trying to get them to stop pulling money out of our bank account monthly three and a half months after requesting to cancel.
