Love the food love the golf course love the tennis - a wonderful place for the entire family. The staff is first class and every time I go to the club it’s quite memorable.

We rented here and it felt less like a community and more like a revenue operation. The rules are excessive and enforcement is aggressive—stop-sign cameras, speed cameras, and an endless stream of fines. Go 35 mph in a 30? Congratulations, you may lose the gate access you already paid for. Management seems more focused on catching residents in minor technicalities than providing a livable environment. Guests and delivery drivers aren’t spared either. Everyday life feels monitored and punitive. Compared to this place, St. Andrews is far more relaxed and a much better experience overall. Honestly, I’m surprised they didn’t issue a citation for parking on the street in front of our own house for 2-3 minutes.

Avoid this club- An absurd amount of rules with over-the-top enforcement. The environment feels more like a surveillance zone than a place to live. Tiny, harmless mistakes—such as barely exceeding the speed limit or not stopping long enough at an intersection—result in violation notices mailed to you and the loss of privileges you already paid for. This punishment extends to guests and even delivery drivers like DoorDash, making everyday life unnecessarily stressful and restrictive. Avoid if you value common sense or basic freedom.

Amazing facilities, great restaurant and bar. Plenty of Pickleball courts, nice and friendly staff and lots of nice residents. The management does a good job in keeping the place organized with manicured gardens and golf courses, it does not get better than this….

Really love this place and the way they treat us and the nice decor including beautiful plants and orchids inside the club. Ahhh, smell awesome in the lobby area all the time.
