This place used to be very enjoyable. Nobody seems to enjoy working here at all. The pool almost always has no people there. (And I'll get to that later.) I've gone into the bar area several times and it's nearly empty most days. Golf course looks very bare too, even on the weekends with nice weather.  Quite sad. They don't seem to have events, outings, movie or concert nights very much anymore either. Most of the staff and management there are very unprofessional and don't know how to interact with other people and are very inadequate in their duties. A lot of the pool staff are also very sloppy, rude, miserable and unprofessional too, and will make up sob stories and do TikTok dances while there are customers there who need service. They are also very unprofessional in their duties too. You're not there to stand there and look pretty. You're there to be professional and help customers and to do your job. We've been going to the pool for 3 years and in the past summer or two, we have found a lot of gross stuff in the pool and in the filters. Water is almost empty and the manager never comes out to check the chemicals or pool like he should. Water is very murky and there's weird bubbly stuff that floats on the water. They never replenish the coolers and just let it sit in the heat. They rarely empty the trash can.  The deck is very worn out and the ladders and furniture also look like they are about to fall apart. One time last year, there was a taller man who jumped in the pool, and the water was so dirty that I couldn't even see him in the 9 foot part! Since we've been going, I've gotten several ear and sinus infections and now I have foot problems. I'm not the only one with these issues.  Last year there were 2 dead frogs in one of the drains.  Yesterday, there was a very large dead mouse in one of the drains and it had been in there for at least 12 hours!!! We told the staff about it and requested to speak to the general manager or the pool/events manger to get them to remove it and to examine the pool and take care of it, but neither of them were there. The staff told us they would let one of them know, and if they responded, they would let us know. We waited for at least an hour and a half and did not hear from anybody. They threw the mouse away in the trash can...at the pool..seriously, the trash can at the pool, and kept the pool open!!! They acted like it was no big deal! Yeah, no big deal that if someone gets in, they could potentially get rabies, yeast infection or very sick with something even worse! No big deal at all! So after that, we left in great anger and disappointment....and won't return for the foreseeable future. Stay away from this place! Do not waste your time or money here! And most importantly, DO NOT GET IN THE POOL WATER!!!

My friends parents held an anniversary dinner here. The room was so so. Pretty boring but not terrible. The food was not very good really. Everything honestly was pretty dry but at least the beef was pretty good. The reason for the one star review was the temperature. By the time we left at 730 pm the room had gotten to 83 degrees. Everyone was miserable and people were going outside to cool down....in August. At least there was a breeze out there. I hope that was a fluke and it is not always like that. I went looking for someone to turn down the music in the room because people were giving speeches and I couldn't find anyone to help me. The bartenders were gone and no-one was to be found. The back areas behind the room where I was looking for people looked so run down. I will edit this to a better review if the poor people whose anniversary party are at least partially compensated for the terrible atmosphere at their party. I will say the golf course and outside areas of the venue were beautiful.

Last week we had our son’s first communion dinner in the Overlook Room. From the beginning Kaylee helped us with the entire process and made sure everything went smoothly. The dinner we had from the charceuterie board to all the entrees and sides on the buffet we selected were delicious and got rave reviews from our guests! Whether its a small intimate dinner party or a large event I definitely recommend Dye’s Walk!
