My husband and I took the vacation week Sailing 101 course while we were visiting, and the day after the course we were confident enough to sail all by ourselves. Tate was the BEST instructor. He makes you put in the work to learn everything you need to learn, and he is extremely knowledgeable and fun. I highly recommend taking the course!

Love the BSC and experience. Boston Harbor and Islands are spectacular and a great place to learn safe navigation. Well maintained fleet of boats, different types and sizes. Friendly supportive personnel. Multiple membership options with different boat sizes, weekdays/weekends, so you can choose what fits your lifestyle. ASA classes and certifications prep offered.

Excellence location for going out and cruising the Boston Harbor and Harbor Islands. It’s a bummer that membership does not include free access to parties since the benefit of a club is community. Boats are a bit banged up and could use some better maintenance other than that it’s a great place!

Great group of people with fairly well maintained, but heavily used boats. Their classes are taught by very experienced sailors and the class size are very small with plenty of one on one instruction. The only downside is that if your a member on the large boats, unless you book long in advance it can be hard to get the exact boar that you want for a weekend.

Went Sailing on Boston Harbour at 54, Lewis Wharf and had a blast. We we're lucky enough to have the sails to us and the Nelli was smooth as butter. An hour long sailing was worth it with a loads of stuff to learn...! Definitely worth doing once a while to experience the blue seas and open sky..!
