Just an amazing course with challenges formal skill levels. Staff extremely positive and helpful.

What an incredible place, nestled in a beautiful landscape. I had no idea you could do so much with the land in Michigan. Only about 1/2 Mike from the lake, the land should be flat and somewhat limited, but Tom Doak did an amazing job here. A very intelligent design and use of the land. This course was one of the more fun courses I've been fortunate enough to play. Of course the greens follow typical Doak fashion, and if you're in the wrong spot, you could about guarantee a 3putt or even worse. However, I'm cutting him some slack on this design, because it is truly a 5/5 design. Not one boring hole out there. As a 4 handicap, I hit the ball pretty well and shot an 82, but still loved it. That's when you know you're on a great course. Find a way to play this place if possible.

Absolutely beautiful course with wide open fairways that give you more confidence off the tee. Everyone at the course was incredibly friendly and made you feel welcome. Our caddy, Greg was such a good guy. Personable, gave great reads on the green and always smiling. Everyone from the pro shop to the bar / restaurant were all great people. Hope to be back someday soon!

Wow! This hidden course off of the highway is truly a magnificent golf experience. A classic Doke design within the rolling sand dunes of Michigan is a wonderful design that every golfer will enjoy. Every hole is right in front of you with no blind shots, demanding the golfer to hit good shots. Course is in great shape, the practice area is decent, and the restaurant is great. If you have an invite here, definity go.

Can't understate what a first class experience this course is. Was lucky enough to play the course as a guest. Course in perfect shape, very tough greens but rolled true. Bunkers in perfect shape even given the rain of the night before. Caddies truly first class (we had Brooks). Clubhouse service was like you'd expect from a top flight club. Despite being such a top notch course, did not have the stuffiness I've sometimes experienced at other private clubs. Highly recommended.
