Very rude people and they're only getting worse, referring to the club members. A bunch of drunk drivers constanly leave this place so be careful if your in the neighborhood, they speed excessively when leaving and have trouble stopping at lights and signs. The members generally are very unpleasent/rude and stuck up like they think less of everyone else whose not a member or who are a guest and aren't afraid to show it. I've witnessed them call cops on people multiple times when not doing anything wrong and the cops end up having to tell them there's nothing they can do and that they aren't doing anything wrong. So they might call the cops on you for no reason even though 50% of the people that leave here are drunk driving, so expect that. The staff seems friendly enough though from what I've experienced just the members are something else. Edit: Little helpful information for people trying to see the island, it is not accessible on this road, after the Coast guard there are no trespassing signs on both sides of the road where it becomes consumers energy private property, Windy point lies on consumers property and cannot be visited the road is not open to the public.

The food is fantastic, great atmosphere, friendly staff and members, the grounds are always well kept and clean, close to the Bay so you can avoid a long river ride. You don't need a boat to be a member. Highly recommend!

The Chef is the best in Bay City. He makes everything amazing. His soups will make your taste buds sing. Service is okay. Eat on the deck if you can get a table. Watching the boats is fun

Very nice atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to make you welcome. The food was great. The rolls were good. The tomatoes bisque was ok.The best tomatoe bisque is served at the Village Inn in Linwood.
