Great little hidden gem! Beautiful course that played well even with lots of rain recently, makes you shape your shot left and right and make accurate shots. Was super happy with my experience and will be back for sure!!

Was a nice 9/18 hole course when we were there we had the course to ourselves but, was wondering how you could have ppl on the frt and back at the same time since you share fairways and greens. Thought 75.00 was high for this type of course .

First visit to SP. As a Blackthorn black card holder I was told on the phone the 9 hole rate on Sunday afternoon was one half the 18 hole rate. But in pro shop I was informed the 9 hole rate was just $2 less than 18. . Not a good start. Course in Ok shape, though certainly not pristine like other reviews have implied. Lots of clumpy grass clipping all over fairways . Greens were fairly solid; not lot of tricks and rolled true. Last few holes we played behind a 6-some which was behind a 5-some. Annoying. Pretty sure the Blackthorn owners do not want SP to be another Elbel. Or do they?l
