The California Club

Had the pleasure of staying at the California Club as guests for a recent wedding, and all I can say is that it's beautiful, historically unique, exquisite and elite. The staff on "every" level were absolutely professional, kind and extremely attentive. The room we stayed in was so lovely and like an apartment...super roomy with a ton a storage. My fav part was the shower...the water pressure was off the hook! The wedding reception which was held on the outside terrace was impeccable. What an absolute treat! Service was beyond and everyone working the event was so on par, happy and very professional! If you have the chance to stay here I highly recommend! 5 plus stars all around!

Beautiful historic hotel with a lot of history. Enjoyed my stay immensely. The staff was warm and inviting and was on-hand during issues at our event. Stayed two nights in the hotel. Business district of LA, so many restaurants nearby. Overall, great stay and look forward to staying there again this June.

From start to finish, everything about this evening was exceptional—delicious food, stunning décor, and fantastic live music from ESB Entertainment. The property exudes warmth and luxury, with charming nooks that showcase the timeless elegance of Los Angeles. The main ballroom served as the epicenter of the celebration, hosting a formal white-tie affair where guests arrived in beautiful gowns and sharp tuxedos. The service was truly gold standard, with every detail handled flawlessly. A special shoutout to Kristin Ibarra, Director of Club Experiences, who was incredibly responsive and attentive right up to the day of the event. Her professionalism helped ensure the evening ran seamlessly. The 150+ guests packed the dance floor, energized by the high-energy performance of the Elite Show Band's 12-piece event band, who were also dressed to impress. Their incredible talent and vibrant setlist made the celebration one to remember. Thank you, The California Club, for delivering a truly amazing experience. From the atmosphere to the entertainment, it was a night that set the bar high!

Nice retro style club and guest rooms. In centre of the business district so usually quiet surroundings. A few restaurants and shops a couple of blocks away. The in-house dinning is v good as well.

It is really beautiful inside here if you go for any event make sure that you know not to wear jeans and you need to wear a jacket if you’re a guy business the tire only. Also I highly recommend that you check the Google route so you can look at the entrance because if you’re driving a little too fast you will miss it right now there is construction outside which makes it harder to find. Overall it’s amazing and beautiful inside the service is also wonderful and the food was delicious!
