My family has belonged to Lafayette Country Club for longer than I can remember, and it’s truly my favorite spot around Lake Minnetonka. Whether you’re arriving by boat and tying up at their docks or taking a quick scenic drive around the lakes, getting there is always a treat — and the experience once you’re there is even better. The golf is great, the dining is consistently delicious, and the member services are fantastic. The staff is absolutely top-notch — always warm, professional, and dedicated to making sure members, guests, and families have a memorable experience of the highest quality. If you’re looking to join a country club that combines amazing employees, beautiful golf, and incredible food, Lafayette is the place to be. That’s for sure!

If you are looking for a luxury wedding venue in Minnesota, it doesn't get any better than the Layafette Club! Timeless white woodwork, beautiful views, and a large reception hall, this venue is the perfect location for an elegant, classic wedding. I love taking photos under the white arches with the hanging flowers, under the towering oak trees, or at sunset down by Lake Minnetonka. I have photographed weddings almost everywhere and the Lafayette Club is at the top of my list. Highly recommend!!!

Really nice place looked old but the people were cool! Lake was beautiful, trees were too! Wedding was awesome. She looked like a movie star ❤️
