Hello I would like to let South MS and anyone else that plans to visit the following. Recently me and my brother went for a round of golf at Fallen Oak at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino. Now the Golf course isn’t at the casino but is owned by the Casino. I drove there to meet my brother and play golf. As I pull up to the entrance I see the entrance gate is open. So I turn on and start to drive into the course. As I am driving in the gate starts to close and slams into the side of my truck causing a good dent and very deep scratches down the side of it. The staff was very apologetic and took a report. Then their claims department reached out to tell me let them do an investigation and for me to get 2 estimates on the repairs for my truck. Well then today I get an email that says after. “ Thorough investigation they have deemed that their gate was not defective and therefore cannot provide any payment towards repairing my vehicle.”this was per Dawn Smoak Beau Rivage Resort & Casino , WLOX-TV ABC CBS Bounce , WXXV-TV/Morris Network I cannot understand how such a large company that has video of the gate closing on my truck and decide they are not at fault. I respectfully ask you MGM NBC News andrew "fofo" gilich Mississippi Hospitality & Restaurant Association how are we supposed to support and tell others of our great coastal community when we have large companies like Beau Rivage Resort & Casino and Beau Rivage Casino Fallen Oak Golf Course that will not right the wrongs that happens on their properties. This damage is down to the metal and they absolutely will not make it right. My family have lived on the gulf coast and know many many people that visit the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino Beau Rivage Casino Fallen Oak Golf Course and when they see this. They will tell others. I ask once more please make this right Beau Rivage Casino Fallen Oak Golf Course Beau Rivage Resort & Casino

Fallen Oak is without a doubt one of the nicest courses I’ve played in Mississippi. The Tom Fazio design is absolutely beautiful, winding through big hardwoods and rolling terrain that make every hole feel scenic and memorable. The conditions were excellent—lush fairways, smooth greens, and everything manicured just right. It’s a long course from the back tees and definitely makes you earn it, but it never feels unfair. The service is top-notch too, with a first-class clubhouse and staff that really add to the experience. It’s pricey and you do have to stay at the Beau Rivage to get on, but honestly, it’s worth it. If you’re looking for a true “bucket list” round in Mississippi, Fallen Oak delivers.

This place is perfection. The service and staff are top notch. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The food and bartending ladies are excellent. Cart girls come around often. The staff is very welcoming and is always very accommodating. You will not find a better golf course or better service at a golf course on the Gulf Coast.

My dad and I played the whole 18 holes and had a blast. Our first time playing at Fallen Oak. Definitely worth the drive out from the hotel. Great food, great views, very challenging course. Hope to play again in the future when it's not so hot outside and Definitely not during the summer.

The exceptional customer service at Fallen Oak fosters an ideal atmosphere for golfers to focus on enjoying the immaculate grounds. The rough was deeper than the height of the ball, so either be really good and keep it in the short stuff or be really patient finding your ball. All in all, looking forward to going back!
