We are new to Las Cruces, and our first visit to dine with you was for the Thanksgiving 2025 Buffet. We met with your Chef, Matthew...Very personable, and the food was Great!! Since then, we have returned 3 times for your Dinners, and have brought another couple with us. The atmosphere in and outside your dining room is very relaxing and appealing; your wait staff dresses and presents themselves very professional, kind and helpful. Would like to do a 'shout-out' to Matthew AND Jasmarie. She's been an outstanding wait person. We look forward to many more visits there. Our friends that have accompanied us will also be back, AND we have out of state family visitors the end of January; taking them to dine here is something we're excited about.

I placed my order at 1:59pm, just a simple flat bread pizza and I took them almost 1 hr. I got my food at 2:51pm. When I asked the waitress she said the cook forgot to make it. The bigger issue is she also never came to the table and ask of everything was ok or if we needed water.. NOTHING. Had she bothered to come to the table once I would have been able to ask sooner why it was taking so long. Clearly she knew he forgot to make it and didn't come to let us know or apologize for delay. What a joke of service. Little Ceasars is better then what I just ate! The second waitress, that I wish we had gotten, had 3 tables (9 people total) and they were all served quickly plus they all received their food in a timely manner. Hire more people like her.

Had my WEDDING at PHCC and it was the BEST decision ever!!! On top of the beautiful venue & views, Bailey and her staff were SO helpful and accommodating. We had both the ceremony and reception outside and moved the party inside at 9:30. We were able to drop off items & decor the day before and pickup the day after which was such a stress reliever! They provided setup/take down and helped so much to ensure we had a smooth ceremony and reception. The catering was amazing, I’m still getting compliments about how good the food was! Huge thank you to Bailey & Todd, all of the staff and bartenders!!! They exceeded our expectations and our wedding day was perfect in every single way! Cannot recommend them enough!!! 💕💕

Brunch was excellent. The setting is serene, with views of the course stretching out like a postcard—perfect for a relaxing weekend bite whether you’re fresh off the back nine or just here for the food. Service is attentive but relaxed, matching the pace of a Sunday morning. Whether you’re a golfer or just along for the food, this brunch is worth the trip. Bring your appetite and maybe a pitching wedge—just in case.

Sight unseen, I reserved my ticket 🎟️ for their new years celebration 🥳 dinner and party. Drove in from El Paso to my hotel @La Quinta, (which was a great experience, the front desk people and room were awesome). We were treated and served an amazing array of yummy hors d'oeuvres and then dinner, music and dancing 💃🏽 I came by myself and left with my stomach and my heart ♥️ full. The staff were so knowledgeable, and kind. I met a wonderful friend who I’m sure will become a lifelong bestie. Couldn’t recommend the managers, Baily and her husband enough. It was a lovely and fun way to ring in my new year❣️So very grateful I found their advertisement.
