I don't know much about this custom home community that the houses look very nice. People were very courteous and the security was very nice and got me through escorted me in and out and made sure their clients were happy and safe

Not quite Shadow Creek, but close—a super private Las Vegas course that once hosted the CJ CUP on the PGA Tour. The distant view of the Vegas Strip is absolutely stunning.

It seems like a prison when you're entering, and it can take up to 10 minutes to drive to where you're going. Security follows you around and stumbles onto your property regularly. So, besides all of those inconveniences, it's okay I guess. Oh yeah, you can play golf here, just like everywhere else in the world. All the reviewers that stated that this is the best neighborhood in Vegas have not seen any neighborhoods in Vegas yet. If this is near the top, then why live in Vegas? If this is a taste of the best of Vegas.. it's probably better and more sensible to leave this city and look for a decent place to live. This place is shabby, dark and legit scary. I'm not brave enough to take a walk at night around here. Too dark and dreary. And this is not the best course in Vegas; Shadow Creek and TPC Summerlin share that title. The Summit Club is three stars. It's like really, really, shiny, polished waste.

I’m a licensed real estate appraiser and I own a mobile detailing company. I went here to clean a clients car and this is definitely one of the most amazing neighborhoods in all of Las Vegas and I have been everywhere in this city. The level of architecture in this one neighborhood is impressive and it’s not even halfway finished. This place is an inspiration to keep building my businesses and one day be able to buy a house in a place like this.🤘🏼
