Bellport Bay Yacht Club

What a great little spot. I'm glad I drove by here in November so I could actually get in and drive around. It's just is such a nice little spot with the park to the side and at the edge of the quaint town of bellport really a neat little yacht club stuck out on the end of this road. You're not getting in easy during summer I bet with the booth there. Lol Speaking of the booth. Right behind it on the steps somebody left a little bucket that's a dog treats. Because several people in the town walked their dogs here. How nice is that.

The facilities do not have a lot of amenities but it is beautiful. The docs are well maintained and wide. There is security and a decent parking lot and the yacht club is located in near a beautiful town.

My wife took sailing classes here when she was a young girl, but now we just use it as a turnaround point when we go on jogs when we visit the in-laws in Bellport. It's very family-friendly and I enjoy catching a few crabs when I'm in town... Sometimes you catch a lot and sometimes you catch just a couple but either way it's a lot of fun. We have listened to music here caught crabs exercised and enjoyed the beautiful Bayview. It's a beautiful place to visit and be grateful.
