i have lived in Blue Ridge for over 3 years after selling our house in Nassau County that we lived in for over 25 years. . i did a major renovation. ALOT places alot of them need work but we made it our own. I have the 3 bedroom townhouse with storage unit. . My neighbors are all very nice...i am right next to a parking lot so my place is 3 feet from parking and walking distance to clubhouse--we got lucky with that... scenery is really pretty.I looked at Brentonwoods but preferred this location much better. we are close to ronkonkoma train and airport..LOTS OF shopping, etc. very convenient and pretty part of Granny Road. Alot of families are now moving in here. The gates seem to be active now and we have a nice cafe on the premises and the pool golf course and grounds are very nice.

They seem to find starting construction at 6AM totally fine to do to the community. Woke up to a roaring truck this morning, sleep deprived, hasn't stopped for hours. Construction year yound, jack hammers smashing the streets up, streets always blocked off for some project. Ridiculous and noisy every day. LOVE IT. So tranquil!

The Condo makes a good visual impression...but that is about all. I absolutely love my location....at the end of the complex...very little continuous traffic.... I love my unit location very private... My only regret is that the mentality is resistant to new ideas and often the boards do what they want and tell us later. ..Aside from the yearly budgets that are itemized by the line item and very broad and without very little input from the homeowner ... we have a lovely setting.. it is wooded in areas....but they are not maintained....thus those that should be replaced or eliminated so as to avoid them falling on a homeowner's unit are ignored and a danger...The amenities are okay depending on your age. The poolside is crowded and there is limited seating...Those that have lived there for quite some time consider certain tables their own. I am not opposed to condo living...I purchased several in my younger days in Nassau and Suffolk...I just do not have a good feeling about how Blue Ridge operates But one persons dismay can be other persons heaven

Looking for incompetency!? Look no further!! BLUE RIDGE CONDOMINIUMS is the place for you! Do you desire to pay outrageously multiple times for projects you’ll likely never see complete? *check!* Do you want to go days without water against your will? Yes, that includes no showers, hand cleaning, toilet using, cooking, anything!! At not extra cost! But if you are wanting to shell out a bit more dough, simply don’t be available for their 8 hour window for fire inspections that they’ll notify you of a day or two before and you’re sure to be fined at least a couple of hundred! I’m sure you can’t wait, come on down - take a tour! The clubhouse smells nice and musty!

It's really nice it has a lot of amenities pool, golf, Parks, Clubhouse,it's nice. But rent for a 1 bedroom is like $2200 and a 2 2 person apt is like $3000 pus first and last and a credit chek
