Great place. Easy to dock to fuel or pump out. Helpful and friendly staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed Marlboro Yacht Club. The hospitality was fantastic! We enjoyed our time having cocktails and conversation with the members! We were made to feel right at home! We encourage all Loopers, or anyone looking for a fun stay, to make this Yacht Club a stop!!

This is a member owned, member operated yacht club. They have no employees. Members of the club met us, helped us do a pump out and get tied up in the slip. The pump out machinery is in great shape. On Dockwa, a slip for a 38 footer with two 30 amp wires was $124. The bathroom facilities are top notch. Very good floating docks. They pull them out each fall and put them out in the spring. They try to put transients wherever it makes most sense. They gave us several choices. They advertised Wi-Fi, but I could not connect. We encountered 14-15 people while there. Every single one of them greeted us and welcomed us. One gave us a tour and another tried to buy me a beer at the club bar. If I lived in the area, I’d join in a heartbeat!

This place might be the Friendliest Yacht Club on the entire Loop !!! Within 30 minutes of our arrival, we were greeted by at least 10 members. They came to us, we didn't have to go to them. Commodore John is a special guy, he will do anything to make his guests feel welcome and comfortable. John and his team have transformed the club into a beautiful place with a Pool, very nice club house/bar, and clean shower rooms. The folks here are very accommodating with a boaters changing schedule, allowing you to extend your stay or leave early if your plans change. But again, the best things about MYC are the members. We watched the movie Nonnas in the club house with about 25 members last night, it was a blast. Thank you, Marlboro Yacht Club ! Mike, Deena, Jerry Mahi Mahi - 42 Best Way Trawler

The Universe was good to us! We stopped for a night and stayed for weeks - yes, plural weeks. We were having transmission trouble for longer than I care to admit. It was time to cross the Rubicon, and the stars aligned and pretty much forced us to land us at MYC! The best thing that happened to us. I can't say enough about the people. Over the top accommodating. Over the top helpful. Over the top fun. Lots of legit knowledge that is shared openly if you want, but not thrust upon you unwelcomed. The setting is beautiful. The facilities are beautiful (bathrooms, clubhouse, pool, party pavilion, fire pit area). They have a travel lift and a full service marina next door. The view of the river is outstanding. You should always be able to find someone here. Weekends you'll be greeted by more people than you've ever been greeted by before. Yes, there are trains, you can't get away from them anywhere on the Hudson nor the Erie Canal. You're just going to have to get used to it! The boat clubs on the Hudson River are a welcome, and refreshing change from stuffy marinas. Give them a shot. Particularly MYC! If you're lucky, you'll come across one of their many fun events! MYC is now in our short list of "regular stops". Thank you, MYC!
