No i'm not member, but yesterday 4/8/2025 close to 5:30pm or so while visiting the city and walking to get the subway train. I witnessed and helped an older gentlemen maybe 75+ and possibly a member of your facility get up from a fall while walking dwn those 3 or 4 steps. Rather than quoting how great it is inside the bldg how about focusing on a ramp for the elderly for entry. Another person passing by who had to be a resident of the city said to me people fall all the time at that place. ..... PUT IN A RAMP FOR THOSE WHO NEED IT ON BOTH SIDES. Who cares what it's like inside. Being hurt, they may not make it inside to enjoy whatever you offer!

My partner's great grandfather was one the Deer Isle Boys who crewed on the Columbia win in 1899. She is a history buff and simply wanted to visit the place. They would not let her in the door without an invite.

I stopped by one Saturday morning, when I had a few hours to spare in NY. I hadn't planned on visiting, but the gentleman at reception kindly let me in based on my reciprocal membership with my local Perth Club. No food or bev on the weekend unfortunately, but the model room is exquisite. Strictly no photos allowed, but the sights are impressive.
