Really nice marina easy access in and out. Floating dock fingers and slips in great condition and very safe. With great food selection within short walking and good transportation into Manhattan. I keep my boat there 4 years.

Good location to prep for a timed departure for Hell Gate. The marina itself is expensive ($5 a foot) for what you get. My gate key didn't work on the morning of departure, a wooden connection on the dock broke through while one of my passengers stepped on it and cut his foot up. The surroundings where also pretty dumpy.

Nice marina my cousin is a member of boatman and tells me this is the best Marina in city island. Not sure if that's true but it is very nice place. We'll kept security and guest area for members with marina view seat area and grills for Cook outsm

To clarify, the 1-star review left by "sbhusky23" is referring to *North* Minneford which is directly across from us (*South* Minneford). This page is for *South* Minneford which is across. Unlike North Minneford, this marina is well maintained and has a quiet atmosphere which is why our family has been members for over 20 years. The name should be changed because people often mix up our marina with the North side.
