Pat (maitre’d) and Diana (bridal attendant) were absolutely phenomenal! The day was absolutely flawless thanks to these two and their amazing staff. We met with Pat twice before our wedding and he put us at ease right away. He simplified the whole process and made what could have been a very stressful day, easy as could be. He was exceptionally responsive, always one step ahead of everything and was able to meet any request (no matter how complicated). I have no idea how he does it but he made the whole day run so smooth and made it all look effortless. It truly felt like he went above and beyond and we could not be happier with everything he did for us. I could honestly write paragraphs about all of the ways he is the most wonderful maitre’d ever but I think I might exceed the word count. From the moment I arrived on my wedding day to the moment I left, Diana was there to make sure we had anything we needed. From delivering lipgloss and advil to bustling my dress and putting on my veil, she was there to help with everything. She always knew exactly what we needed and did it all with a positive attitude. These two and the rest of the staff at the venue truly made our day perfect. I’m so grateful for them and all that they did for us!

From day one, we felt genuinely welcomed by the entire team at Swan Club on the Harbor. Our experience was incredible from the very beginning all the way to our wedding day on 11/08/2025. Everyone did an amazing job, but we especially want to highlight Sandra, Zulema, and Alejandro - wow. They truly made everything feel even more special. They were with us every step of the way, so attentive, so caring, and they were the first ones to greet us and the last ones to say goodbye. Thank you for making our day feel even warmer, smoother, and unforgettable. We would recommend this venue a thousand times to any couple looking to have a magical and memorable wedding. Our families and guests still talk about how beautiful everything was. The food was specular, it was served hot and everyone is still raving about how well everything tasted. The outdoor gardens, the rooms, the entire property feels like a fairytale. Swan Club made our dream wedding into a reality. But what we cherish the most is the people. Sandra made herself available months before our wedding and she answered every single question, gave us great advice and was very organized throughout the process. Every single person who worked our wedding made an impact: the bartenders with their great energy, the chefs who cooked everything with so much care, the servers who were always on top of every detail, the coordination team, the setup crew, the valets, everyone. They all played a part in making our wedding truly one of a kind at Swan Club on the Harbor.

Swan Club is a stunning venue for a wedding. Its beautifully landscaped gardens and waterfront views provide the perfect backdrop for unforgettable photos. Ceremony shots are especially breathtaking, with sunlight shimmering off the water. The expansive, meticulously maintained grounds offer endless photo opportunities, while the indoor space is just as impressive— with soaring ceilings and expansive glass windows that flood the room with natural light. My husband and I got married at the Swan Club this past Friday and our wedding was beyond perfect! A special shout out to Pat for being so attentive & helpful during our experience. Diana was also beyond helpful the day of making sure I had everything I needed & more. Highly recommend this venue, its beautiful, spacious & has excellent food with great service! It exceeded our expectations!

What a beautiful place!! I had my wedding in March of 25’ and everything was beyond my expectations. The venue, The Food & The staff were amazing!! Sadie, Pat & Diana were the absolute best! Sadie helped me in the beginning stages of planning and answered all of my questions, pat helped my finalize all of the small details to ensure the day went perfect and Diana was there assisting me the day of- They all went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn’t be more grateful to have had my wedding there. My guest are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how great the food was! I couldn’t recommend this place more!!
