Came in as a transient due to some trailer issues everyone was beyond helpful and accommodating decided to stay!

Ashtabula Yacht Club no fuel, self pump out $2/ft, cash or check, 30 amp service only The bathroom has 3 stalls and 2 showers. Recently renovated, nicely kept and always open Transient dock accommodates at least 2 large boats. We have a 50 foot trawler. Location is after Bascule bridge which opens on the hour and half hour. Residents are friendly. Short walk to town with good places to eat. We didn't have a bad meal. Rennick Meat Market and Briquettes Smokehouse. Went to the Ashtabula Maritime Museum, which told the history of the area.

I'm a member here. It's beautiful with clean facilities and a wonderful membership. We've been called the friendliest yacht club on Lake Erie, and for good reason. If you're lucky enough to get a dock here you won't regret it. Ashtabula Yacht Club is wonderful. There no place in Ashtabula that has the amenities and perks, for the price, than AYC. Period.

Very friendly club! We're visiting boaters, arriving in pea soup fog. Ashtabula harbor is easy to navigate, bridge raises on the half hour, club just past that. Looks like the club is in a state of reinvestment, no docks falling apart, but areas that need attention are under construction. Friendly folks, worth a stop for Loopers or travelers!
