Stayed for a weekend. The beach was clean, the water surprisingly clear and not too cold for a swim the last weekend in September. The Tikki bar stand had a great relaxing vibe staff attendant was friendly and full of information.

This place is beautiful we will definitely be going back every year. It reminded me of The Truman show 👍

Really enjoy our membership and property at bay point! Amazing location and amenities in one spot.

10 years ago Bay Point was the place everyone wanted to be. The sale to the new out of state investors just ruined the place. Quickly we saw that everything was about revenue and nothing about the members that enjoyed the place. Quality went down and so did the membership. I never saw so many people jump ship fast as this place. They took the beloved part 3 golf course and turn it into the barracks with a land lease agreement! And these people bought into it! Such fools! Alas, the best thing I could do was leave. And I did. Adios!

Really don't want to write a negative, but it is needed for others that are not aware. My family has been at BP for years. The Bay Point management has transitioned to corporate dictator, profit only focus, as bad as it gets, terrible. Very subjective, Heidi the 'assistant manager' and Mark the "GM" is awful. If you reside, rent or have a dock at BP, leave while you can! All other marinas in the area are filled, BP is vacant for a reason. If you are trying to find a slip, camp spot or looking for real estate, DON'T do it. Do not buy the overpriced piece of crap modeler trailer "homes" packed in like sardines for BP profit on the previous golf course. Do NOT come here! It is Not a good place. Stop paying their ridiculous prices for nothing. Cancel membership, stop going! You are a customer, they act as dictators. My family is leaving, you should too. If you haven't already, they will show you how much they don't care about their "members." There are plenty of nice places in the area to go to, CANCEL BAY POINT. DONE!
