Medina Country Club: Red

LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! My wife and I have been trying to obtain information about availability and event packages, but our experience so far has been very disappointing. We have submitted inquiries through the website, spoken with someone who provided an email for the event planner, and still have not received a response. I am not expecting a same day response but at least within the week. I have been following up for weeks now. While the venue is beautiful, it appears that inquiries not related to weddings may not receive the same level of attention. Regardless of the type of event, timely communication is essential when planning. My event would still be thousands of dollars even though it is not for a wedding. Customer service and response times were once strong years ago, but they seem to have declined significantly. For these reasons, I would not recommend this venue, as lack of communication adds unnecessary stress to an already demanding planning process. There are many comparable venues that offer more professional and timely communication.

Great course and amenities. They have made significant changes throughout the course and club house. There is a lot more to come also with a new build. Beautiful practice facility to use year round, driving range outside and putting greens. Chipping area and sand traps. The food is really good also. Rob and his crew, keep up the great work!

Medina Country Club is heading towards being an elite level Club quickly! We are so happy with the decision to join for many reasons, but the most important is it feels like family. The food is great and the golf academy is second to none. We already loved the golf course, and it just keeps getting better.

The entire staff is professional and very accommodating. Beautiful scenery with a great location. The course was in decent condition for the time of year. Not a real difficult course but very fair. What a great day!

Love this place!!! Great times and wonderful memories.
