Port Clinton Yacht Club

Amazing club. Very nice club house and pool. They have a lot of events for members throughout the year. There is a waiting list to join, but it's worth the wait.

This is a private club. I do not know if they allow access across their riverfront and beach to access the port access west rock wall. Hiking this side is much more difficult than the east wall. Must be nimble and in shape. NOT recommended for children. I am told that there is a nice view at the outermost point and many fossils can be seen in the rocks. Note: it may not be legal to hike this wall.

Superb lake access, lake views are astounding, must be a member to enjoy, FYI, there is a waiting list. Amenities with Olympic size pool! No you do not need to own a yacht to be a member.

If you live in the port Clinton area and have a boat, this is the place to be. Very nice facility. Clubhouse is large and open with decent views. The docks are in a nice horseshoe design that creates a nice lazy walk if you want to check out the boats. Every member is friendly and if there's an event taking place people are quick to invite you over and offer a beverage. The highlight to me is the pool, very kid friendly with nice locker rooms and a small bar for those that indulge in that.
