An exquisite remodel. If you are lucky enough to be invited, do not pass it up.

I decided to go and check this club out since the course looks so nice from the road. The first young man that greeted me was so nice, I had some questions so he told me to talk to this gentlemen that was standing not to far from us. I introduced myself and we started to talk, first thing he told me " we're a male only club and it is what it is"... I thought to myself, well it's private so they have their say so ( didn't agree with it since I would love to bring my wife there for dinner, etc.). He continued to talk to me and told me to call and talk to Dewight for member prices. I asked if it was ok to walk around the clubhouse to check out the course and he said no problem. So I was around the clubhouse looking at the beautiful course ( never stepping a foot on the grass ) and here comes someone in a golf cart. He asked " Can I help you?" I told him that I was just talking to the gentleman about a membership and that I was just checking out the course. Rudely he told me " do you know a member here?" I said no I don't. He replies " then you can not be a member here and you'll have to leave". I looked at him with disbelief, never, ever have I been talked to like that at a Private golf club, I played countless times at places like Firestone CC, Glenmoor CC, Barrington Golf Club, etc. Even if I was a nobody off the street, please treat people with a little respect. After that experience I wouldn't be a member if it was free, unless they changed management/Ownership. Oh by the way, it's 2022... let the lady's be allowed to play on your "Holly grounds".

It's one of the BEST I've played !!! And I've played every course in America you'd want to Play !! From Oakmont to Pine Valley, down to THEE Augusta National then Seminole in Southeast Florida, and Lastly out to Pebble Beach then on up to Brandon Dunes !! We were even supposed to play Cypress Point but ended up being rained out that day !! Waaaa, poor me, Waaaa !! I've only played a few "Men Only" tracks & Sharon (A woman's name) was every bit as nice as Burning Tree or Seminole !!
