Vermilion Boat Club

We were invited to one of their afternoon events by some friends who are members. Had a great time and excellent food. Everyone was very friendly, informative, and welcoming to us (visiting from a far away state). The setting is absolutely beautiful, as is the town of Vermilion.

Outstanding service from the food to the bar. Lauren was an absolutely amazing bartender! We attended a family funeral reception that was hosted here yesterday. Lauren and the staff we're not only attentive, but extremely nice and polite. Lauren has been behind the bar for 11 years and her knowledge and expertise really showed through. Thank you for the great service and tequila sampling with Astral Tequilas!

Went here for their October fest fundraiser sponsored by their Blue Gavel. We had some of the best German food we've had in a long time. Everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend lunch or dinner there if you are in town and they are open. The picture is of their wine glass polisher. Quite a novelty item.

The boat club sits at the Vermilion River. Very pleasant with lots of windows. Good size for approximately 100 guest. Nice bar and excellent service.

Been here twice. Excellent food both times, and I've rarely had better service, even at twice the price. Be advised, members and their guests only!
