I can’t say enough good things about their event space and staff! The space is awesome with a gorgeous view. Their staff was very welcoming and attentive! I definitely recommend this Venue for your events. Shout out to Samantha, you were a lifesaver ❤️

Disappointing experience as a member at Persimmon today. We yelled out to a group of 6 because they were peeing on the course and questioned if they were members, because members get monthly emails saying don’t pee on the course, there was also a bathroom on the hole before. They got angry and some words were exchanged and they drove off, and said a racial slur towards my family member as they were driving off. Disgusting behavior. This was reported to the head pro and the solution was to “talk it out.” This is clear discrimination on the golf course, and there was no action taken. They send out reminders by email about following but never taken action when rules are broken. Terrible experience, I would avoid this club at all costs. UPDATE: It’s been over 3 days and I still have not heard anything from any member of the Persimmon staff or the General Manager as promised. Their response to this review was a complete lie, they did not take any action on this incident. Truly sad how Persimmon chose to just push this aside, it shows the horrible and inhumane values this club follows. As far as I know, this individual is still out verbally abusing other members on the course.

The views are spectacular, the club has a great amount of activities from golf, tennis, swimming, a gym, and video poker and games like pool and shuffle board. The restaurant has some good food and drinks, especially pasta night. The golf course is challenging but a fun time with some great views.

As a professional wedding photographer, I can say that this venue is incredible for weddings. Not only is it close to Portland Oregon, but the views here are spectacular. With Mount Hood looming in the background of practically every shot, this place is here to make your wedding day that much more beautiful. We had a blast riding around in the golf carts and snapping photos around every corner of the venue. I Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.
