Our company has hosted our holiday party at Bluestone for the past four years, and each time they manage to exceed expectations. Michelle is an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. Her team goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, even with our large group. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail are consistently outstanding. I can’t recommend Bluestone enough and look forward to celebrating with them again next December!

Choosing Bluestone for our wedding was truly one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. No matter what we asked for—big or small—they always found a way to accommodate it. We never felt like just another couple; they consistently put our wants first and made sure we would have the best day possible. Every single person we interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. It was so clear that the staff cared about our experience, and their support made us feel completely at ease throughout planning and on the big day. And the food… absolutely unbelievable. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! The quality, presentation, and variety exceeded all of our expectations. The venue itself is stunning. The open layout and multiple room options allowed us to personalize the flow of the day and create the perfect atmosphere. It felt spacious, seamless, and beautiful in every way. We couldn’t be more grateful to Bluestone Country Club for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. Wholeheartedly recommend! Only 2 downfalls - I wouldn't use their photo booth as it didn't let us choose what writing it printed out on the photo strip so had letters of the company, not our initials. And to use the bridal party suites the whole day it costs a bit extra.

My best friend got married at Bluestone last weekend, and I can honestly say it was one of the most beautifully run events I’ve ever experienced. We had a potential wedding-ruining, life-threatening emergency at our hotel that involved a literal crime scene... and yet, thanks to Michelle, the venue coordinator, the day remained calm, joyful, and seamless. She handled an incredibly serious situation with such grace, confidence, and compassion that everyone felt safe and supported. Beyond Michelle’s extraordinary professionalism, everything about Bluestone was exceptional. The food was phenomenal: every dish came out hot, fresh, and beautifully presented, and the bar service was top-notch, with friendly, attentive bartenders who kept guests happy all night long. The staff as a whole radiated warmth and genuine hospitality, anticipating every need before anyone even had to ask. The property itself is stunning, maintained to perfection, and full of thoughtful details that make every photo glow. As someone who also works in the wedding industry, I cannot stop singing their praises. It takes true talent to execute a flawless celebration even when faced with the unexpected, and Bluestone did exactly that. They turned what could have been a disaster into one of the most beautiful weekends imaginable. Most importantly, my best friend (one of the people I love most in the world) was completely cared for. Seeing her surrounded by kindness, calm, and competence in a moment that could have been devastating meant everything to me. Bluestone Country Club didn’t just host a wedding; they protected a memory that will now only be remembered for the love that filled the day.

My husband and I hosted our wedding at The Country House at Bluestone in September 2025, and without a doubt, it was the best decision we made during wedding planning. The venue is gorgeous, the package comprehensive, and the food absolutely delicious. All of that makes it a great venue but the amazing staff make it an exceptional one. Our event coordinator, Michelle, was outstanding! From our first meeting through the wedding day, she guided us every step of the way and took the stress out of planning. Michelle brought every element we cared about to life, and our day wouldn’t have been possible without her dedication and attention to detail. The day of managers Michelle, Ashley, and Kaleel executed everything flawlessly. They made sure each vendor and item was perfectly placed. If anything went wrong, we never knew, because they handled it all seamlessly. All the staff were professional, organized, and communicative. The event was staffed perfectly; attentive but never intrusive. The bartenders kept drinks flowing effortlessly all night, and when the event ended, the team efficiently cleaned up and packed everything for easy pick-up the next day. Our personal wedding attendant, Emma, was incredible. She was there whenever we needed her and often times before we realized we did. She’s also the ultimate hype person! Emma helped calm our nerves and kept the energy high all day. If we could hire her to follow us around every day, we would. The venue itself is modern and beautifully maintained. The gardens around the outdoor ceremony space are updated each season, and the stone wall and stair feature make the perfect photo backdrop. The bar area was one of our favorite spaces sophisticated, moody, and perfect for mingling. It connects to the cocktail room and outdoor terrace overlooking the golf course, complete with a fire pit for guests to enjoy. The main ballroom is neutral, elegant, and recently updated. The layout works beautifully, with the dance floor centered under a chandelier and access to the back terrace. The Bluestone team has perfected their timing there’s never an awkward pause, and transitions are effortless. We loved the private preview of the ballroom before dinner to see everything come together. Dessert time even featured a grand reveal as the curtains opened to the dessert bar and ice sculpture. We were blown away by how much is included in the package. The cocktail hour offers an incredible variety, including fresh-rolled sushi. Dinner includes three entrée options plus a vegetarian choice, and the bar serves top-shelf liquor. They even include the wedding cake (which was actually delicious), a mini dessert bar, an ice cream station, and mini chipwiches passed around on the dance floor. The few upgrades offered are priced very reasonably. Lastly, as a gay couple, we encountered a few venues that felt less than welcoming. The Country House at Bluestone went above and beyond to make us feel respected, included, and celebrated. If you’re part of the LGBTQ+ community, know that this venue is truly inclusive and affirming. To put it simply: you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not choosing The Country House at Bluestone. Everything was executed flawlessly, the process was stress-free, and every expectation was exceeded. We can’t wait to return for future celebrations.

If you are looking to enjoy your wedding event and not sweat the small stuff - team Michele, Ashley, Kiele, and Emma at the Country House are your people. They listen and do what the bride and groom want, last second details are attended to, and bride and groom are treated like a king and queen for the day. They understand how important a wedding day is and work hard to make yours special. Michele knows how to plan a time line, keep things running and organized, and how to gently put her foot down when vendors try to rock the bride’s wishes. She also took care of vendors time lines and communication regarding venue details. Ashley is all over the details, she didn’t miss a beat. (See bows tied to wedding welcome sign - I just handed her the ribbon and asked and they are more than I expected, placement of oyster valet cards & memory table.) I can’t express how perfectly she did everything! Being that everything ran smoothly at the reception , Kiele was hard at work behind the scenes. Emma was attentive to the bride and groom. No melting ice watered down drinks, water was refreshed during pictures to keep the happy couple hydrated and cool, and love notes on the food sent home. Everything was packed up and ready to go at the end of the night, still allowing us to collect our items from the getting ready rooms the next morning. Seriously need that option, even if it’s just to go back and check! The rest of the staff were just as nice, friendly, and accommodating. The physical venue, views, and food speak for themselves! Fantastic! Many in the wedding party exclaimed over the spacious size of the getting ready rooms. (And order their food brought in! Soooo worth it! It just shows up and is cleared away magically!) As parents of the bride, we had so many compliments! As Mother of the Bride, I felt special and heard. I had no worries or concerns all day! They attend to everything and have you where you need to be on time! I highly recommend the Country House at Blue Bell. It’s worth the price as you get the red carpet treatment & more than you expect! Your guests will be impressed.
