Went there for a surprise day party. Nice place. Didnt really move around the place. It was at night and we stayed inside because it was freezing.

The place is large and the food was very good

FCYC is the №1 marina in Pittsburgh. Their docks are very sturdy and large, dockside power and water is always good. They're also equipped with plenty of cleats. There are multiple amenities to make your time there as comfortable and fun as possible. They have a large swimming pool that requires a membership, accompanied by a tiki bar for ordering your favorite drink and a bite to eat. Their food is good to ok, I never had a horrible experience. Its just service can be a little slow or non existent from time to time, but overlooking the marina full of boats along the river makes it easy to overlook slow waiters. The indoor bar is huge with TVs all around. They also have a small stage and dance floor that they host bands quite often on. You can also book a large event using the ballroom, which has a large deck that overlooks the river/marina. There is also a boat launch ramp, which I am 95% sure there is a small fee to pay. They are also very capable of launching your boat for you as well. They do service boats here. I personally will not use them for mechanical work on my boats unless I have no other option. I've had multiple bad experiences on the service side years back that where so bad that Ive learned how to do my own work. Back to the good... they have the biggest marine store in town, especially now that West Marine closed their doors. They do have almost every high demand maintenance part available on the shelf, and if it's not, they can order and have it within a couple days usually. Alongside the boaters store is the new boat showroom, which usually has a number of smaller ski boats and pontoons to look at. They will always have a selection of used boats in the lot as well. You can also fuel up your boat at the fuel dock with regular and I believe premium fuel. Sorry, I'm not sure about diesel. If you're cruising by on your boat, you can easily pull up to their guest dock and stop in for any of the above amenities they offer. You can also call or email Pat in the service/boaters store office with any questions you may have. I know I didn't covered everything they have to offer but I got most of it. They also have a sister marina they opened on the Monongahela R called South Side Marina that has in my opinion even better docks.
