Review: Disappointing Service and Lack of Common Decency Rating: 2/5 Stars I have been a frequent guest at this club through my father’s membership, and while it has always been "average," the recent experience following my father’s passing has been deeply insulting. The Facilities & Dining * The Pool: Very basic. It is frequently crowded with swim teams, leaving little to no space for regular members or guests. * Food Quality: Highly unpredictable. While the staff is friendly, several admitted that much of the food is shipped in frozen. The poolside dining is particularly inconsistent. * Events & Value: There are surprisingly few special events. Most activities come with an additional fee, which feels like nickel-and-diming for a private club. Service & Management The staff is excellent at memorizing names, but there is a clear hierarchy of respect. They prioritize the primary "paying member" while treating family members like afterthoughts. After my father passed away in November, the manager, Richard, was kind enough to post on his memorial wall—a gesture I sincerely appreciated. However, that kindness didn't translate to the club’s operations. A Painful Transition When I called to maintain a New Year’s Eve tradition my father started, I was met with a series of hurdles: * Conflicting Info: I was first told "yes," then called back and told there was only standing room, but could attend if I desired. * Immediate Closure: I was then informed my father’s account would be closed immediately, and I would have to pay out of pocket that night anyway. * Insulting Requirements: Despite being his legal heirs, I was told I needed permission from his girlfriend to dine there because she was on the account—even though the club was aware she wasn't paying the bills being sent to her not legally related. To be told I needed "permission" from a non-relation to honor my father's memory at a place he supported was the final straw. In the post, the NYE event itself was mediocre, and given the lack of respect shown to his blood relatives during a time of grief, I can safely say I won’t be missing this place. There are many other clubs that offer better facilities and, more importantly, better character.

Drove 40 minutes to view the venue for my daughter's upcoming wedding on our scheduled day and time, and the event coordinator did not even show. My daughter called and emailed her when we arrived but no reply. Needless to say we will not be choosing this venue regardless, and it was one of my daughter's top choices. And then she didn't even have the decency to call and apologize.

An excellent choice for a wedding reception! My niece had her wedding reception there and the staff was amazing. Our dinner entrees were beyond amazing. Collectively we had the beef, chicken and salmon entrees. The facility is top notch with ample seating and plenty of room to move around. It bears repeating that the staff is top notch making sure that your every need was taken care of. Highly recommend them for your next banquet or wedding reception.

This is a lovely venue for weddings and events! The staff are all so friendly and the space is gorgeous and classic. It's a great option for a 'one stop shop' with options for the ceremony and reception in one place.
