Anyone complaining about grand harbor in the google reviews section are spoiled babies; this place is a dream come true my family and I are truly blessed to be part of such a beautiful community.

We purchased our dream retirement home here almost 2 years ago. Initially we were thrilled with the amenities and service levels in the community. The residents here make up for the degrading service levels that have occurred since a management change some time back. The marina has been inoperable for 10 months now, and requests relative to it's status unanswered. The scope of the clubhouse menu has been reduced along with the quality of the food, driving residents who used to go to the clubhouse to drive to outside of the community. The pool and jacuzzi have been determined to be unsanitary or inoperable by a resident who took it upon herself to test the water. Instead of being thanked for identifying unhealthy conditions that residents were ready to subject themselves to while participating in planned pool activities, she was chastised by the management. During a recent visit to the clubhouse we discovered that several of the bourbon and other spirits we were able to order would no longer be available, and that the pizza oven was inoperable. We have also lost free golf rounds that were offered dependant on the membership level. This is a continuing downward trend in service levels that are becoming the norm for all of us who have decided to retire here. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a property in one of the 3 Grand Harbor resorts that they consider one of the many other communities that are available on the lake.

The Patriot Course is one of my favorites that I have played in the area. It is comparable to Mount Vintage in terms of quality. The course design is fun and challenging, I can't wait to be able to play here again!

Very nice course with breathtaking views. The course was in great shape for end of summer when the grass is starting to go dormant. Greens were amazing and fast, but tough! Better bring your short game!! Then, to end the round, I had one of the best steaks I have ever eaten! This one rivaled Halls in Charleston it was sooo good! Can't say enough about this great place!
