Wow!!! One of the coolest golf course communities we have experienced. We attended the Clemson Women’s golf tournament. The course was outstanding and the community of volunteers were amazing. Everything was 5 star all the way.

Snaking through the back woodsy roads of South Carolina in route to deliver some goods to a place that is nothing more than a name on a paper initially. I make my last turn as commanded by my bossy GPS gal and I am met with a steep driveway and large ornate gates….outta absolutely nowhere. Do you remember as a kid (unless you are still a kid) when you find yourself somewhere that you know you are not supposed to be but something inside tells you to go further? Almost like prom night…hmmm. Anyway. That adolescent inkling is what arose as I pulled forward towards these massive gates and guardhouse. I rolled down my window ready to apologize for making the wrong turn and a not so pleasant person came out of the door and validated my feelings of being in the “wrong place”. Felt more like I was the wrong person in the wrong place. Anyway…I was questioned heavily as one would expect but after the “gentleman” took my papers inside to make some calls I was notified in a smug fashion that I was indeed in the right place for my delivery. “Go Ahead!” he grumbled. The gates opened. My eyes opened. My mouth opened. This was one of the most beautiful places I have seen!! Quick twisty roads. Magnificent Mountain and Lake View’s that resemble living in a painting rather than the real world. Amenities were aplenty and the massive homes are worth millions. If you are lucky enough to live in a community like this…and most importantly if you are “welcome” into a community like this…even the most tumultuous of days should feel like a minuscule blip on the radar. The architectural vision for the The Reserve was executed flawlessly and Lake Keowees beautiful scape breeds eternal smiles. Once inside…Life is Art and Art is Life. The key is getting in… -Real #realreviewseverything #homes #lakefront #southcarolina #views
