You have to pull teeth from me to leave a negative review for a business, but I am pretty frustrated. I spent $200 dollars on a food order from their website, got charged on my bank account, and when I called to confirm pick up time was told they didn't receive the order, that they don't have it set up to see online orders on their end, and they can't process it. Well the order ahead button is available on their website and charged me the full $200. Lady on phone was unhelpful, said she can't help, and now I have to wait 5 business days for the charge to fully process through on my bank account before I have to go through the grueling process of dealing with them on the phone to dispute the transaction. The, sorry we can't help you your problem, sort of mindset is very disappointing when I did the purchase directly from your website. So a heads up for everyone, do NOT order food directly from their website or they will tell you it won't exist and you'll have to fight your bank to get your money back with no help from the club.
